Personalized Senior Care Services for Everyday Support

Lindsay has been such an asset to our family. Living out of state, it has been difficult to manage everything with my aging mom. Lindsay has made everything so simple, is responsive, and best of all my mom LOVES her (I think more than me).

Both of our representatives, Lindsay and Barbara, are easy to work with, good listeners, kind and compassionate people, who strive to provide the best services they can access. Although the Services they facilitated were of utmost value to my husband, often it was the compassion they exhibited which made all the difference.

Earlier this year we hired Reflections Management and Care to help with my mom when I traveled. My mom is a type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump. Recently, when I was gone my mom had problems with her insulin pump. The nurse assigned to my mom worked closely with the doctor’s office to keep my mom from going into a life threatening situation called diabetic ketoacidosis. The nurse worked through an extremely complicated and difficult situation with compassion and professionalism.

I do not know what I would do without you. You are always there when I need you.

Reflections Management and Care were a god sent when mom wanted to stay on her home but needed more help than the Council on Aging could provide. No matter what the problem they found multiple solutions. When she needed 24/7 care they helped us find the best Care Center during covid restrictions. Living many hours away it was so important to have someone available nearby who had mom’s best interest in mind. We cannot recommend more highly this company.

Lindsay and her team at Reflections has been nothing short of incredible in the senior care industry. The services they provide are with heart and kindness, especially since so many are dealing with a tough situation. I have worked with Lindsay specifically on so many occasions and she is nothing but professional and sweet! I highly recommend the team at Reflections!

Case managers use skills like critical thinking and empathy to make patients feel empowered and at ease, that is exactly how Lindsay and her team work with families. They help their patients and families understand their options concerning the specific situation they are dealing with at the time while maintaining dignity and respect for all involved.
